Either way, I am here to walk with you through your real estate purchase. There are many important questions to consider when purchasing a home. I am here to make sure your best interests are represented so that we can find you a beautiful place to call home. 

Money Matters

First things first: get your finances in order. You will want to set aside money for your down payment (at least 5% of the home price). Next, you will want to contact a mortgage specialist for a mortgage pre-approval. This is quick, and there is no obligation but it is necessary because it helps us determine a price range that you are comfortable with.

Consultation

We discuss all the things you are looking for in your home. This is where you help me so that I can help you! What features are must-haves, which are deal breakers? What is your ideal timeline? The more I know the better I can assist you. You might not have answers to all these questions yet, and that is perfectly alright. Searching for your home is a process and sometimes it can take time to decide what your preferences are.

The Hunt Begins

Based on your preferences and criteria, I set up a personalized property search for your so we are alerted when there are properties that match with what you are looking for. Find strong contenders and we will go view the properties together.

Let’s Make it Your’s

When we find a property you love, I will help you submit an offer. The seller can accept, counter, or reject. This negotiation can go back & forth a few times but I will be there the whole way to assist you through the conversations. Once you have an accepted offer, you will steadily work through the conditions of your purchase contract (most commonly financing and home inspection). Contact your lender to finalize your financing approval and sign transfer papers with your lawyer.
